Alix (with an 'i') has had an interest dance since she was born.
She attended a number of dance classes/schools in her childhood, and went on to attend 'Performers College' in Essex, where she studied Performing Arts.
When Alix Graduated she was successfully chosen to be a dancer in the Robbie Williams film 'Better Man', then worked on both 'P&O Cruises' and 'Aida Cruises' as Production Dancer.

Izzy's for all thing theatre and performing, came when she was a young child. Izzy has a passion for the performing arts.
Izzy studied Dance throughout her childhood, began teaching and choreographing pieces very early on and directed/choreographed her first pieces in her latter years at secondary school. She later went onto study Musical Theatre at CAPA College (Wakefield), passing all aspects with Distinction.
Izzy is so excited to be joining Springboard South Yorkshire and Springboard Derbyshire to deliver dance sessions.

Our weekly Springboard Dancercise! class is the perfect non-stop fitness session.
Moving to hits from generations of music, get in shape, keep active, all for fun!

Our weekly Springboard: Yoga Class is the perfect opportunity to relax, retreat and remove the stresses of day to day pressure.
